Interpretation of the Basic Law

According to the Basic Law, both the Hong Kong Courts and the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPCSC) can interpret the Basic Law. While Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal has the final adjudication power, the NPCSC has the final interpretation power over the Basic Law.
