Equality before the Law

The laws are equally applicable to every person, regardless of her race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. However, there is no requirement under this level of the Rule of Law that the laws must ensure equal protection of the rights of the people subject to no discrimination.
